Michelle Obama has finally revealed some of her workout secrets.

The first lady skips rope. She does abdominal crunches with a weighted ball. She jumps on and off a bench. It's all part of a White House video released as part of the fifth anniversary celebration of her "Let's Move" initiative against childhood obesity.

She also chest presses 35-pound dumbbells and kick-boxes with a heavy bag in the brief video. It was recorded in the gym in the Eisenhower Executive Office Building. That is next door to the White House. She blasted the video out on her Twitter feed.

Mrs. Obama, 51, has been asking the public to use social media to tell her what five things they do to stay healthy.

Celebrities are helping the first lady promote her "GimmeFive" challenge. She began responding on Twitter to challenges from the public to reveal her five favorite workout songs, ways her family stays active and strategies to minimize stress. She said meditation is one stress reducer.

The video was Mrs. Obama's answer to President Barack Obama's video of his five healthy things and his challenge to her to do the same.

In his video, the president and Vice President Joe Biden jog along the White House colonnade. The president is also shown jogging up the stairs to Air Force One and holding walking meetings.

"So that's me. What about you? Give me five FLOTUS-style," Obama says, using the acronym for "first lady of the United States."

At the end of her video, Mrs. Obama plugs a related initiative designed to encourage people to drink more water.

"Don't forget. Always drink up," she says, before sipping from a glass.

    The First Lady of the United States of America has filmed a video promoting her workout routine, assuming this video is accurate. Obama skips rope, jumps on stuff, crunches, kickboxing and more. This was a response to her husband's video of him jogging around. Good for her that she works out often. I do hope that Obama doesn't actually hold meetings while walking. That's not practical.

    This article is about first lady of the United States. Mrs. Obama is trying to eliminate childhood obesity and diabetes. She's proposing a plan to post videos of her and her husband working out. She responds to question such as favorite work out song. I think it's cool that our nation's leaders are working out and setting a positive influenc on the country.

    Mrs. Obama has recently started doing her new GimmeFive challange. She asks Americans want five things they do everyday to help stay in shape. She posted a video of her doing her workout routine and posted it on Twitter. This is all part of her collective effort to get Americans to be healthy. I think it's important for the First Lady to get involved with the community and with these activities.

    In this article it talks about how the first lady is making a video about the ways to stay fit. The first lady said made a video about how to stay fit it is directed to motivate children to exercise. This video is also geared toward obesit children. It is said in the article she is reveling her workout secrets. I think it is kind of cool that the first lady is shoeing and motivating people to exercising. The other reason I think it is kind of cool is the video is motivating children to exercise more or do not exercise at all.

    i think its cool that she shared her ways that she stays healthy and fir. people could use these tips that she uses. it was on twitter and she is obamas wife people see it more people would see it. Also she has been changing the way people eat at school and what they sell in the schools. people mau have some big interest in this passage and there should be more information on feedback from people who have tried her moves.

    The first lady does her workouts using methods such as jumping rope and using medicine balls. She also lifts 35 pound weights and kick boxes. Michelle posted a video of five health things and started a twitter challenge to reveal 5 favorite workout songs. I think it is cool how the first lady is trying to reach out to youth and help them become more healthy.

    I think the best way to stay in shape is to always work out and have a plan. People stay in shape by always working out and doing daily workouts. The First Lady, probably does some workouts when she is available, has time to. A lot of people don't have a lot of time to workout. Including the First Lady, Michelle Obama is clearly hard working woman, she just knows how to squeeze some time in for a little workout.

    I think Michelle Obama gave some good advice to try and get people more into working out. Michelle gives some helpful tips to get people in the game and to the gym. If more people read some things the first lady says more people can get into shape. Michelle even included her family into working out, and that's what some other people in the world need to start doing.

    Mrs. Obama can really work it, and by work it, I mean work it out! The First Lady is in incredible shape, and has a rigorous exercise schedule. She lifts waits, jumps on and off benches, kick boxes, and even skips rope. Michelle Obama has released a fitness "video" in celebration of her "let's Move" campaign. This campaign aims to beat child obesity in America. I think that having a fit and active First Lady, provides a good role model, for not only girls, but for he whole world.

    I think that it is cool for Mrs. Obama to do her fifth anniversary to do her exercise with other kids in obesity in Chicago, but I think that Mrs. Obama should do this to encourage other kids to drink water also stay healthy everyday. Well if Mrs. Obama is doing her fifth anniversary of doing the exercise thing, I think that she should do it in other cities in the United States.

    This article is about how First Lady Michele Obama stays healthy. She gives away things in her workout like jump tops and crunches weight balls. Mrs. Obama is 51 years old and she is a great role model on how to stay in shape. She made a video of her work out with the Vice President and have a drink more water tip at the end. This is inspiring to me the stay in shape for as long as she can.
