You asked us, "How did King Tut die?"
The short answer is horribly. But okay, you might want more details than that.
Since his discovery in 1922, there have been numerous theories. Some of those theories have been pretty bizarre.
X-rays conducted in the 1960s revealed a fragment of bone in his brain cavity, possible evidence of death by bonk on the head. But closer examination showed that the sliver probably broke off after death.
In 2005, a broken leg and massive chest wounds led to the conclusion that not only had he fallen off a chariot while hunting but he also was run over by one.
DNA tests from 2010 pointed straight to malaria. This would have made his broken bones even worse.
And in 2013, a doctor examined CT scans. He stated that the chest wounds actually came from the bite of a hippopotamus. I swear I can't make this up.
So here's MY scenario. The unfortunate boy-king gets clocked in the head by a jealous rival while out hunting hippos by chariot.  He tumbles off and is run over.
The hippo charges and Tut manages to get up and run. But his clubfoot, broken leg and malaria slow him down. The hippo practically bites him in half and then Tut spontaneously combusts.
Yes, the most recent theory is that Tut spontaneously caught fire in his coffin.

The scientists might have discovered on how King Tut had died because scientists might have wanted to know what had caused King Tut to be lying in his tomb which they wanted to know what had caused his death. The people might have been wondering what had caused the death of King Tut after they had seen King Tut's body which people might have wanted to know about the death of King Tut. The scientists might have knew about the death of King Tut because scientists had used other tools to be examining King Tut so that they would know what had happened to King Tut before his death. Scientists might have made a lot of theories but sometimes the theories that Scientists made might have made the discovery of how King Tut had died.
Critical Thinking Question: Why did it take so long to find King Tut?
Answer: Because it was hard to be finding King Tut's body because there might have been a lot of bad things that people had made during their finding of King Tut's body.

Many strange theories have been said about King Tut's death. One story is he fell off a chariot and was run over by another. Then a doctor in 2013 said that he was bitten in half by a hippo. Someone else said that he also had malaria. It seems no one really knows how King Tut died.

King Tut is a strange historical figure. These are still just theories about how he died and we might not fully know how he died for a long time. I would want to be alive when people either settle on a theory or just find the actual cause. I'm also wondering how he caught on fire. These are all questions I want to find out.

WOW! That is sort of gross that a hippo bit Tut in half. But also that Tut got run over by a chariot. But that must have been painful to break a leg then get bit in half by a hippo. I am sure I do not want to die like that. Maybe one day I will learn more about how king Tut died.

It found so long to find King Tut because King Tut was buried in a pyramid. The archaeologists finding King Tut would have to decode the pyramid's structure and navigate the pyramid. As stated in the article one theory of King Tut's death was that he was bonked on the head and fell off a chariot, then was ran over by a chariot, lastly then a hippo bit into Tut. Archaeologists have came to this conclusion by discovering and researching Tut's bones. I found this article interesting because I want to know how King Tut actually died.
