Michelle Obama has finally revealed some of her workout secrets.

The first lady skips rope. She does abdominal crunches with a weighted ball. She jumps on and off a bench. It's all part of a White House video. It was released as part of the fifth anniversary celebration of her "Let's Move" initiative. That's a campaign against childhood obesity.

She also chest presses 35-pound dumbbells. She kick-boxes with a heavy bag in the brief video too. It was recorded in the gym in the Eisenhower Executive Office Building. That is next door to the White House. The video was blasted out on the first lady's Twitter feed.

Mrs. Obama, 51, has been asking the public to use social media to tell her what five things they do to stay healthy.

Celebrities are helping the first lady promote her "GimmeFive" challenge. She began responding on Twitter to challenges from the public to reveal her five favorite workout songs. She also shared ways her family stays active and strategies to minimize stress. She said meditation is one stress reducer.

The video was Mrs. Obama's answer to President Barack Obama's video of his five healthy things. It was also her response to his challenge to her to do the same.

In his video, the president and Vice President Joe Biden jog along the White House colonnade. The president is shown jogging up the stairs to Air Force One. He also has held walking meetings.

"So that's me. What about you? Give me five FLOTUS-style," Obama says. FLOTUS is the acronym for "first lady of the United States."

At the end of her video, Mrs. Obama plugs a related initiative. It's designed to encourage people to drink more water.

"Don't forget. Always drink up," she says, before sipping from a glass.

Yeah that is an actually great question because how do you stay healthy is a question that is very hard for me because some people are healthy and they go unhealthy and I think the best way to stay healthy is to add vegetables in everything you eat and try not eat junk food a lot and play a lot of physical activities. I think that people should really work on this question because a lot of people these days are unhealthy.

I think it's cool that The first lady is trying to stop child obesity. I thunk that making these foods more healthier is very important because the children of this generation is the future and nothing good will come if we are sitting down and doing nothing.

I watched a video about Mrs.Obama in Science and how obesity is affecting this environment very bad. I think its great the presidents wife is helping kids and inspiring them to watch their weight, because it really is a problem. I have heard from the news that this is working also many people listen to her and that's good especially in this case. In my opinion kids should be very careful about their weight because it can cause a lot of health problems in their future. If you do sports it is so much easier to keep your weight normal because you're coaches push you to eat healthy and exercise.

Michelle Obama, the first lady shows to people how to be healthy and she reveal them her workout secrets. Michelle records some videos while she does her workout. The video was shared on the first lady's Twitter, as a campaign against the childhood obesity. She encourage to people to have a healthly life and to drink more water. Her husband, Barack Obama, recorded a video too, and he shown that he has held walking meeting. I think that the advantage of the walking meetings" is that instead of sitting in a chair, in an office, talking about politics, etc. they can do something more healthy, they take a walk and talk about the same topics and do their meetings outside. I thing that this method it would be good for the health of them, and for the people too, because you can do exercise, and you can lower stress levels and relax. I think her idea is excellent to motivate adults and children to have a healthy life.
