Would your principal do this for your school?

Would your principal do this for your school? A South Florida pastor who spent nearly three days living on a mechanical lift 50 feet in the air has come down from his lofty perch.

Pastor T.J. McCormick, of Coastal Community Church in Coconut Creek, had pledged to stay on the lift until 1,000 backpacks filled with school supplies were donated for kids in Collier City.

McCormick braved summer heat and rain storms from the time his mission began Tuesday until he stepped down from the lift Thursday night, after the 1,000 backpacks were collected.

Nonetheless, he says he'd do it again.

I think that if he wanted to he would. I don't think he is brave. He might do it because he has not slept in 3 days.

i don't think that was brave. All he did was sit on a lift all day. I bet he had jackets and food up there. And people probably kept him company, BIG WHOOP

Nope, never , I don't think so he will ever do that because our school is kinda broke. I don't think so how mean he is . I wish he was my principal sorry to my principal but I don't think you would do that for us. So for all the schools out there who principal is like that good for you.

That guy was dumb. He should have done some proactive fund raising and applied for government grants. He should not have barricaded himself in a lift 50 feet off the ground.

My principal would not have done that. That was very nice. I can not believe someone would do that. I would not have. I bet he felt good afterward.

That is brave. I wouldn't do it because of the weather and it could tip over. Did he sleep? I wouldn't do it unless it was perfect weather and it wouldn't tip over. I would only do it if somebody else was there

MY PRINCIPAL ILL NOT DO THAT HE IS MEAN. Poor guy he stayed at a rainstorm and not get off thats crazy. He also stayed through heat waves he is a very crazy dude.

That was very brave and thoughtful! I can not believe a man would stay up there for that long! That just goes to show you that he is caring for other people, and wants them to have good supplies.

I'm not sure if our principle would do that or not if she would i would cheer her on our principle used to do wild and wacky things.

I think it would be cool if my principal to do this because there are a lot of kids that don't have what I have.
