Tween Justin Bieber fans lose control at mall
New York police shut down a mall appearance by teen pop singer Justin Bieber (BEE'-ber) after thousands of young girls showed up and got a little too wild. Nassau County police say girls and adults in the crowd of nearly 3,000 started pushing and shoving as they waited for the 15-year-old sensation to arrive Friday at the Roosevelt Field Mall in Garden City.
Five people were taken to hospitals with minor injuries.
Police arrested a vice president from Bieber's record label, Island Def Jam Records. They say he wasn't cooperating with attempts to disperse the crowd. Some fans had camped out overnight for the event. Bieber never made it into the building. He told WBLI radio that police turned him away.
Bieber's debut album, "My World," was released Tuesday.

If thousands of girls camp overnight just to see Justin Bieber go shopping at a mall, I don't see how Justin Bieber can go anywhere without being attacked by an army of girls. Five of them were even taken to the hospital and after all this, he didn't even get to go in.
I think bieber did it for the best and safty of his fans.Many bieber haters say that it was biebers falt of the 5 people with injuries.Acually the fans wanted to come.Bieber wasnt even in the building which make it not his falt.I bet that night and apoligised to all of the his fans that the came for nothing.I never went to a bieber concert,but i would too.hopefully bieber checks out the comment even though they cant see this but yeah,love you justin.Justin bieber is a grouned kid .Which i love.Love you bieber

The police couldn't handle the crowd and arrested the vice president of Justin Bieber's record label because he wouldn't help them. The police wouldn't let him go in the building because it was crazy.I think that is scary to have 3,000 fans pushing and shoving in the mall just to see him.
Justin Bieber is the best. he is cute and a good singer, so I think he deserves to be famous. he worked hard for his role and he got it. lots of guys in my grade (I'm not naming names. :)...), can't stand Justin Bieber. I like him. Again... he deserves it.

I also think that I could go to the hospital because that means that JUSTIN BIEBER would come to the hospital to kiss me and tell me he is sorry for his hottness!
