Supreme Court nominee won't rule on Twilight

Supreme Court nominee won't rule on Twilight Team Edward or Team Jacob? That's one debate Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan steered clear of.

At her Senate confirmation hearing Wednesday, Kagan was asked by Sen. Amy Klobuchar about "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse" movie, which opened this week. The franchise has a huge following among teenage girls and has sparked debate over whether the tormented heroine Bella should choose Edward the vampire or Jacob the werewolf.

The senator jokingly asked Kagan's thoughts on "the vampire versus the werewolf."

Kagan, who has declined to say how she might rule on issues that could come before the court, dodged this one — presumably on other grounds. She said she hadn't seen the film, and wished the senator wouldn't pose the question.

Klobuchar, a Minnesota Democrat, said she realized Kagan "can't comment on future cases. So I'll leave that alone."

Picking between Team Edward and Team Jacob shouldn't really matter. It's just a movie and people shouldn't have to pick which team they like because people have their own opinions on what they choose and on what they think.

Why would they make a supreme court for Twilight that dosn't make any sense to do that. I love Twilight, but that is to much. Everytime some asks me if im team Edward or Team Jacob i say both, because it dosnt matter because there not even real.

I'm a fan of the Twilight Saga but that whole "Team Jacob vs. Team Edward" is completely stupid. It's just a movie. I don't know why they would ask that while in Supreme Court too...

I think Jacob is so cute and he is my favorite character in the movie i can go on and on saying how cute he is. If i got to choose a team from the movie it would be team Jacob he is the hottest guy ever.
I like team Edward to but nothing like team Jacob if you got to choose a team i hope you choose tame Jacob.

I think team Jacob is better than Edwards because he is cuter than Edward i am not saying that Edward is not cutie or anything like that. he is sweet but not as sweet as Jacob. i like better Jacob then Edward because he is a ware wolf and Edward is not a ware wolf he is a vampire but still Jacob rules. i hope u enjoy people in your team Jacob.

TEAM JACOB!!!!!! lol i love taylor L. xD lol i dont like rob. i think bella should have chosen jacob he is WAY cuter rob. NO WAY i think the girls who love him. Oh and i already have the ticktes and am going to see twilight on sunday i will be there 45 min. earlyer just to get good sets me and my mom are going to be like "camping out" there. XD

people have the right to think who is dating who and who should marry who . but let them make their choice.this is not a choice that other people make for her but she also has to go by the book.

I think there both really cool because Edward is a bad boy and he cares about Bella more than anything.But Jacob is HOT!!!and he loves Bella to so they are both really cool but if i had to pick a fave then i would pick Jacob because like i said before he is HOT!!!!!!!! <3 :-)
