Scrub-a-dub your pup — in a washing machine
TweenTribune reports that the Dog-o-Matic may be an easier way to give your pet a bath. It’s a washing machine for dogs (and cats).
Have you ever given your dog a bath? Not an easy job and you probably have gotten a bit wet yourself in the process as your pet shakes off the bath water - on you!
Vending machines to get your pet squeaky clean are popping up in France, Great Britain and Japan. For about $30 your pet gets washed and blow dried in 33 minutes. Just like a regular washing machine for your clothes, you pick the cycle you’d prefer: small/large pet and washing cycle.
Then, you place your pet into the doggie washing machine and hit “start”. The cycle begins with a warm water wet-down, then lathering jets apply non-detergent soap. Rinsing jets are followed by a temperature controlled dry cycle.
The clear glass enables your pet to watch you during the entire process which is said to be perfectly safe. It's yet to be determined what dogs and cats think of the washing machines!

I wish i had one of those in my house. my dog goes outside and does anything she wants and comes in pretty smelly sometimes.
That is pretty special. They might drown in there. then they would forget to get them and there carcuses would rot in there. then it would smell really bad. then they would fell really bad for killing a puppy-dog. then i will kick there butts for killing a puppy-dog
This is so cruel. I would never even consider putting my dog in one of these dog washing machines. I honestly do not see what is so unique about this machine.
That is awesome! They actually built a machine to clean up dogs. I wish I had a puppy so I could put it in one and see what happens in the machine.
That is very weird and interesting idea. My opinion is this is a little cruel to dogs and cats. I think they should maybe be more delicate to the dogs and cats. I even if i had a dog i would not do that to my dog.
I think that would help keep pets clean. Also your pets can't jump out if you are washing them and they don't get you wet when your done.
That must of been like torture for the dog or cat!! Washing machines are for clothes not dogs. This is a really weird invention i think
Is there even a hole for them to breath they could choke in there. I also think it's dangerous because it
could break down and the pet could get stuck or the water thing could break and the pets could drown.
Poor animal! What if the machine breaks???? The dog or cat must be scared in there!!! Where do they put these things in the dog wash store???
who would put there pet in a washing machine like a piece of clothes like that. Man its a good thing it's supposed to do that because it would probably kill it.
