'Restrepo' director killed, NCSU photojournalist reportedly killed in Libya

Tim Hetherington, the co-director of the Oscar-nominated documentary 'Restrepo,' has been killed in Libya. Award-winning photojournalist and N.C. State graduate Chris Hondros (pictured), who was one of three photographers working with Hetherington, was reportedly killed.

According to Tween Tribune, in April, 2011, Tim Hetherington has been killed in Libya and he was an Award-winning photojournalist and N.C State graduate Chris Hondros who was one of the best three photographers working with Hetherington. This is important because he was reportedly killed in Libya and was working for Oscar as his co-director.
