The first word that popped into my head was 'wow.' This story is unbelievable. For Pixie the poodle to nurse these baby squirrels to health and take care of them is amazing. For Pixie to treat the baby squirrels like her own is incredible. You would think that Pixie would not even bother to help or even acknowledge what was needed to be done, but I guess it truly is just a mothers intuition to help a baby and help nurse it. If it wasn't for Pixie theses baby squirrels would not be here today. Good job Pixie!

I wonder how this happened. Are the squirrels long fluffy tailed light brown acorn loving poodles or are they really squirrels? I wonder who the father is?

I can tell why they put this article under odd news other than animals That dog is pretty nice to do that to those baby squirrles. Because I often see dogs chasing squirrles but thats okay. I feel bad for the dog because they left her so quickly. If I were the owners of that dog and I saw my dog doing that to a squirrels, I would have let them stay for about a week and then taken the to a wildlife center or something, but that's just my opinion.

Now this story is by far the most outrageous story I have read! I mean like how does this happen. This is probably not at all healthy for the squirrels.

This story is unheard of. That dog is nursing SQUIRRELS, I wounder if that dogs knows if that is squirrels instead of dogs. I don't think in Science this would be healthy for those squirrels.

That sounds so weird! How is that even possible for a poodle to do that! I thought dogs liked to chase squirrels. I bet that Pixie would be sad if she was with the squirrels for a long time and the squirrels had to go.

A poodle named Pixie nursed 3 baby squirrels. That is so sweet. The squirrels lost their home to a chainsaw. The dog owner tried to feed the squirrels canned milk but it was unsuccessful. When the squirrels were old enough to live on their own, the women let the squirrels go. The dog owner said that the poodle was a little upset, but dog biscuits helped her recovery.

That is very interesting. I wonder what happened to there mother? Did she wander off or die. The squrels looked so cute. I would be glad to have them in my home.

COOL!! I wish my dog can lovable enough to take care of the squalls instead of chasing them. If that were my dog I would love her but I would be scared of the squalls because their crazy looking to me, and they run too fast.
