ARRESTS - At 11:50 p.m. Monday an officer conducted a traffic stop at Edgewood Drive and Clearwater Road. One of the passengers, a 22-year-old man, fled on foot from the vehicle and was arrested on a felony warrant for third-degree sale of a controlled substance. Two others in the vehicle also were arrested - a 41-year-old man for felony aiding an offender and felony fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance; and a 26-year-old woman for felony fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance. Brainerd Police officers and Crow Wing County Sheriff's deputies assisted.

Received a report at 9:26 p.m. Monday of a possible forgery at Cub Foods, 14133 Edgewood Dr. A 20-year-old man was arrested for felony forging a check and felony offering a forged check.

A juvenile male was arrested for probation violation and disorderly conduct after officers were dispatched Monday to Pinehaven Youth and Family Services, 13417 Cypress Dr., for a report of damage to property.

THEFT - Received a report Monday of an internal theft at Office Max, 7626 Clearwater Road.

Brainerd police

ARREST - Received a report at 12:14 a.m. Tuesday of a domestic disturbance at a residence on the 1000 block of Oak Street. The caller said a 26-year-old man had trashed her apartment and left. Officers located the man on the 500 block of South Ninth Street and arrested him for felony property damage and felony probation violation.

CRASH - No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 9:35 p.m. Monday at North 10th and Washington streets.

PROPERTY DAMAGE - It was reported Monday that the door handle was broken off the concession booth at Brainerd High School, 702 S. Fifth St., but no entry was gained.

Crow Wing sheriff

THEFT - Don Willard, 10000 block of Thompson Road, Monday reported his "Vote No ATV Trail" sign was stolen.

PROPERTY DAMAGE - Nathan Leonard, Apache Place, Monday reported damage to the road and his property by an ATV.

Darwin Gerdes, 10000 block of Crow Wing County Road 25, Monday reported ATVs in the ditches and tearing up driveways.

Staples police

THEFT - Janet Kiley, 600 block of Third Avenue Northeast, Sunday reported the theft of an Adirondack chair.

SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY - It was reported at 4:25 a.m. Sunday that a door was open at a residence on the 300 block of First Street Southwest. Officers found a door that appeared to have been forced open and one person in the residence. The matter is under investigation.

DISPUTE - Received a report at 4:04 p.m. Saturday of parties arguing over a seating area for a parade.
