Miley Cyrus surprises fans with impromptu show Miley Cyrus took a break from shooting "The Last Song" on the Georgia coast by borrowing a guitar and treating fans to an impromptu, two-song performance on the patio of a beachside seafood restaurant. "By the time she finished the first song, there must have been 50 little girls and their moms who came rushing up," said Ray Rogers, owner of StingRay's restaurant on Tybee Island. He caught Miley's surprise gig on video.

Rogers said the 16-year-old "Hannah Montana" star dined on snow crab legs with a friend after wrapping up Monday's first day of filming of the Walt Disney Co. movie.

Then she got up and asked a local acoustic duo playing music if she could sit in. Miley stepped up to the microphone and strapped on a guitar to sing the Tim McGraw and Faith Hill duet "It's Your Love," then added a new song of her own.

"She played those and then we got her out of here," Rogers said. "We asked her, 'What do you wanna do?' and she said 'I want to get out of here.' So we walked her to a side entrance nobody knew about and got her in her car."

"The Last Song" will be filming on Tybee Island and in nearby Savannah until mid-August, stirring interest among locals and tourists alike. The movie features Cyrus as a teenage girl struggling with her parents' divorce who tries to reconnect with her father during a summer at his home in a quiet beach town.

The movie's publicist, Rachel Aberly, did not immediately return a phone call and e-mail message seeking comment Wednesday.

I think that miley needs to start actually be a teenager and not a grown up she just acts to old for her age and her dad should tell her whats right and whats wrong

I love that movie that she is in Last Song. I have the movie my parents bought me it for my birthday. When my cousins come over they always want to watch it. My cousin's are sad that her "Hannah Montana" show is over. :(:(

Miley is a great role model when she does the right thing I mean whos perfect in theis world no one is and that's fine everyone makes mistakes. The point is though that we learn from them and not redo it again. She has a wonderful voice I love her music and wish her the best in what she wants to do after the Hannah Montana Show is over. I will say she has the best fans and I think she is really good to them and try's her best in what she does. Go head on Miley!

I think Miley is sometimes a great role model in some situations! I also love the movie The Last Song. I think she did great playing that character.

I think Miley Cyrus is one of the best singers in hollywood because she is nice,funny and I LOVE her show! I thinkshe is a very nice person and a great actress!!! I think reporters should give her a chance before they write all of these WRONG things about her.(not that im saying that they are 100% wrong.)I just think miley is a wonderful person but, thats just my opinion.because im like the only one in my 5th grade class that likes her!!!!!!!!!!!!Any ways, I am just standing up for her. she is great as being "Hannah Montana"

i think miley should still keep writing songs!!! i LOVE her songs and just cause she does bad things doesn't mean that she is bad at ever thing. everyone thins that but that's there problem not mine.

I like miley an her songs she might do bad things but i just look past it cause you cant hold it against her forever an so wut if shes going with some1 older then her thats her i mean people date older or younger people all the time that might just be what they like. and i think shes very beautiful. but i believe she should think before she acts thoe.everybody should.
