Lovato to sing Nationa Anthem at World Series
Demi Lovato will perform the national anthem at Game 5 of the World Series.
Lovato will belt out the anthem on Monday.
The Texas Rangers and the St. Louis Cardinals are tied 1-1 in the seven-game series.
Lovato got a boost from her big sister Dallas, who tweeted during Game 1 that her younger sister should sing the national anthem during the Major League Baseball championship series.
Game 3 airs Saturday and all games are being broadcast on Fox.
Lovato, the former star of the Disney Channel's "Sonny With a Chance," released her third album "Unbroken" last month.

I really was happy when I found out she was singing. I hope she doesn't have any more hard times in her life. It is really sad to hear that she would cut her wrists because of depression. I’m glad that she actually fought through depression and went to therapy for it. I hope she does a good job there. GOOD LUCK DEMI LOVATO!!!!!

I love Demi Lavato! I watched that baseball game and she was amazing! I love Demi's music and her sense of style! I think Sonny With a Chance was a great show and I can't believe they got rid of it!:(

I know who Demi and it is awesome that she is doing this! She is a good sister that would do that for her. Also, many people do not like her because she went to rehab, but she made it through and fixed her act. But to me she is still an idol to many young kids.
people shouldnt doubt Demi because what if it was them and they where getting doubted by other people by singing the national anthem and but demi lovato can sing.
