Which is worse: a light-colored suit or mom jeans? U.S. President Barack Obama smiles while delivering a statement from the White House Press Briefing Room, and at the All-Star game in 2009 (AP photo / Reuters)
Which is worse: a light-colored suit or mom jeans?

President Barack Obama wore a tan suit Thursday. Which is pretty unusual for a president. They usually wear dark suits.

The sight of Obama in a light-colored suit lit up Twitter. Many tweets poked fun at slogans that are closely associated with Obama.

"Taupe and change," says one tweet. "The audacity of taupe," says another, tweaking the title of one of Obama's best-selling books.

"Yes, we tan," says a third.

In 2009, Obama was panned for wearing "mom jeans" to throw the first pitch at the All-Star Game.

So what do you think? Does it matter what the president wears?

I really think that it is okay that the president can wear anything they want. Yet come on President Barack Obama you are representing our country and wearing mom jeans is not cool. Really i believe that he can war anything that they want to wear. After-all he is the president you can't do anything about it.
